Ever imagined when you were pregnant that you would be sighing every 2 minutes when you can't even get your cheeky little one to sit still for 3 seconds just to put his diapers on...? Well, guess what...? That's what we are dealing with right now... Suddenly the glowy and heavenly picture of taking your time...smiling and gazing lovingly at your child while you 'lovingly' put his diapers on... went out the window. LOL... God... he is active! If only we can have a switch off button embedded somewhere on him...
We are now considering options to change his normal diapers to pull ups to eliminate our exasperation during diaper time...We would welcome any suggestions at this point... so please feel free to offer your opinions or thoughts on this... Two heads are definitely better than one.... :-)
Latest update on Asyraaf, he has started to climb now. He climbed on the the sofa seats... patting them every few seconds as if it is going to 'run away'. We are being more careful now that he has started to do that. Previously his 'skills' was just to cruise along the sofas but now... climbing is definitely a more interesting feat especially when we can see him 'contemplating' to jump from the sofa back to the floor, sometimes assessing the height from the side of the sofa to the floor.. Walker is a sometimes yes sometimes no situation according to his mood. He prefers to be let free to roam the world of the living room. Cot...? He has started to shout when he is inside, now understanding there is no thrill in being in it since nobody is paying him any attention when he is inside, which, is on the contrary when he is let loose. That little head of his is definitely on a roll right now. MISCHIEVIOUS is now officially his middle name. No wonder the older your children get, the thinner you become... * sigh
* On a lower note... 31st of may this year is going to be 3 years since Arwah Zamir passed away. I would like to ask a few minutes of your time for a piece of Al-Fatihah for him if you can. Thank you from the bottom of my heart...
