'IRON PARENTS'

Thanks to Noreane, Munir and I had the greatest time watching a midnight movie last 2 weeks. It has been...err...A VERY LONG TIME since we last watched a movie. I believe it was Transformers the last time we watched. Asyraaf was only 3-4 months old at that time. This time, we went prepared.

Who had the honour of watching over cheeky little asyraaf? My mom and dad-in-law...:-). They borught Asyraaf to a relative's and came back at around 11 pm...by then we were already out of the house, on our way to Alamanda GSC...which, to our delight wasn't as packed as the GSC in Mid Valley. Thank God...the last thing we wanted was to leave a 'chaos' at home and arrive to another one.

We made arrangements with our parents, and they said yes. So we went and took our time...arrived there at 11, bought the tickets, bought food to eat in the cinema, popcorn and hotdogs etc... and had the nicest time watching the movie. At some point of the movie Munir leaned into me and asked..." Where's our son...?" and I answered.." Do we have one yet?" and we had a good laugh. Now believe me, we love our son as much as the world is round...but sometimes even parents need a time out. It is round the clock job guys looking after a child...imagine 2,3,4....infinity. So rather than you run around the house on the almost empty level of energy...dropping dead exhausted by night...why not take a few hours out...( of course it needs arrangement to do so) and recharge? And resume your life as usual...happier and contented with life...That way you are not missing out on your marriage life...although a little cheeky baby has come into your life... :-).

Have a watch when you have time...it is a great movie...Give it a try;-)
