I once watched a Japanese movie called Beautiful Life, and actually it wasn't beautiful at all to our unseeing eyes... The heroine was a crippled young girl but with a big heart to give to a guy who was ignorant to life's blessings. But at the end of it the girl died leaving the man a changed man for life. I cried reflecting how sometimes we take things in our life for granted till it became too late. Beautiful is how you make it, how you see it, not how you want it to be. There will always be ups and downs in life for we are humans, but your life should be beautiful to you...JUST BECAUSE... I have always been a fan of lights...and it was a surprise when Munir came with the suggestion to go to this place, the Lookout Point. It was near Hulu Langat at a place called Menara Tinjau. We had to go up a winding hill to get there. It was to celebrate our first year anniversary of our marriage. Yup...one whoolee year...*grin, we finally made the first year LOL. It was breathtaking view up there, one whole new world all on it's own...I gazed and gazed and could've have went on gazing had it not been for the realization we had to pick Asyraaf up later...:-) The food was so-so...but the view compensated for the lack of taste in the food. I wasn't paying much attention to it anyway. We spent a few hours and talked, just like we used to do during the 'dating' days...(it feels soooo looong ago). It maybe wasn't as lavish a night to any other people, but for me, it was a perfect one. I am happy I am still alive and well, and given this beautiful day to share with a loving husband and a child to complement the meaning of every single day...I am thankful again for this blessing... and I realized that my life is complete now...I have everything I have ever wished for...and I hope it will last for as long as we live...Insya-Allah. For you Abang, I thank God I met you... never would've I have thought I would have all this had it not been for you coming just at the right moment in my life. I guess there is a reason why things were the way they were, why things happened, why something was taken away, and given back to me...there is always a reason for every single thing...JUST BECAUSE... And to top it off...I was dedicated this song by Munir... Thank you Abang for such a perfect night...
